Alignment With Mother Earth

With all the chaos and increasing upheaval on the planet, I would like to share with you the following excerpt from my book Humanity’s Cry For Change, from the chapter called Alignment With Mother Earth.   This will help you better understand why we individually and collectively are experiencing the huge shifts and challenges today.  My desire is to offer you hope to know that there can be—and I believe there IS—light at the end of the tunnel. You may want to read the whole book to understand why.

“To increase individuals and also the collective consciousness’ vibrations, many outdated systems are breaking down, such as the financial system. They cannot stay in place in the midst of these higher vibrations. The new earth can best house living organisms that match what is now becoming increasingly common, that of higher vibrations such as love and harmony. The old paradigms of the Pisces age (aggression, competition, war and separateness consciousness) cannot live in the new environment because it does not fit. The two vibrational types (higher vibrations and lower vibrations) are not compatible with each other, and “bump up” against each other, because they are not of the same vibration. Mother Earth’s vibration is increasingly becoming of a higher frequency, and this vibratory change is such that it cannot comfortably house life that is not in harmony with her anymore (that is, is not in a similar frequency level as hers). Mother Earth is becoming less tolerant of her mistreatment. She is expelling out— throwing up—the parts that cannot be “digested”, causing increased occurrences of hurricanes, extreme bad weather, massive fires, earthquakes, and other disruptive weather patterns.
Be encouraged, however, to know there are effective actions you can take to make positive change. Some actions you can take are in section three of this book.”

There is much we each can gain when we do our own personal work, healing, growth. When we do, we also contribute to the collective consciousness’ positive vibrations!

Remember that you DO make a positive difference!

Prayer for the New Earth

I’m honored to be the messenger of the profound and insightful messages that help you to better navigate the upheavals and challenging times we have, and explains why we’re going through this individually and collectively.  It’s from my latest book Humanity’s Cry for Change. This book came about through my channeling its wisdom for our current shift.

I wanted to share with you this poem, which comes from this loving book.

Prayer for the New Earth
by Kate Heartsong

May we come to know
The vibrancy and delight
Of our authentic selves
Fulfilling our true destiny

May the light of our love
Shine in our eyes
Looking upon all creation
Knowing we are all one united

May we know in our hearts
True inner peace and joy
Radiating this out as kindness and laughter
To all our brothers and sisters

May we honor and respect
Our dear Mother Earth
For the abundance she shares so freely
Sustaining our bodies, hearts, and souls

May we come to know
In our lifetime, the experience of
The love, peace, and joy of the new earth
That is the birthright of humanity

Supporting Ourselves

Do you know that you can support others better when you first support yourself?  Ah!  Yes indeed, we can give to others after we “fill our own cup”.    There’s a wonderful analogy I share with my clients and audiences on this topic:   Imagine you have a pitcher full of water, and you pour your water into 6 glasses, emptying your pitcher.  How can you fill any more glasses?  You can’t until you fill your pitcher up again.

What ways to do support yourself?  Are you kind with yourself through positive self-talk?  Do you treat yourself to doing activities you enjoy?  When was the last time you checked in with yourself to see if you’re living your life in alignment with your values?

For example, perhaps you value being connected with your friends yet you are a work-aholic?  Maybe you desire to connect but somehow don’t make the time to honor yourself.

I love music and dance, and last winter I realized I was not honoring this passion of mine because I just wasn’t going out to do this activity.  Thank goodness for my awareness, because I made the decision to honor this part of my life, and now am going out more often having a super time.

My invitation to you is to check in with yourself and your values and beliefs, and do an honest assessment of how you life your life in relation to your values.  If you are not in integrity with living your life in alignment with your values, what can you do to change that?  When you do, you’ll feel better, positively support yourself and be able to support others.

It all starts with you!

So It Goes

So it Goes!

A friend of mine’s son has a tattoo “So it goes”.  I love this saying!  To me this means “it is what it is” and to accept it.  Accepting things as they are is an effective and powerful way to live.  When we recognize things are as they are, and that it is happening as it is meant to be, we can cultivate inner peace or at least feel better about a situation, especially if we don’t like it and wish it to be different than it is.

Certainly, there are some situations that we can and are meant to change, but as you know, there are many situations or people in which we are not meant to change; it is not up to us to control the person or situation.

We know it does no good to resist what is!  In times of great upset – and we all have this from time to time – I tell myself it is what it is, and even if I WISH for it to be different, it is still going to remain the same. I say:  it’s not going to suddenly – POOF – change into what I want it to be just because I’m thinking it should be different! And who am I to dictate what I think it should be?  Truly, it’s best NOT to judge a situation or a person’s situation. In having this kind of conversation with myself, I find some solace.

I don’t suppress my upset about the person or situation; I allow it, but then go back to realizing “it is what it is” – “so it goes”.   I can’t change it; I would rather accept it and be with peace rather than resist and be upset.

I invite you to recognize any situations in your life that you don’t like and ask yourself:  is it meant for you to change?  Are you really in control of it?  If not, do your best to let go, let God, and accept what is.

Feel free to comment. You know I love to hear from you!

Many blessings to each of you always!

Love and Second Families

What an honor it is for me to share an enormously special and loving relationship I had with a dear soul, who I shall refer here as Sara!

I’ve known Sara since we were both 5 years old (same age), having met her in kindergarten. We lived only a few blocks from each other and also went to the same temple together (we were of the Jewish faith).

Naturally, I also knew her whole family and they were indeed my second family in heart.  Later in our adulthood, I knew her wonderful loving husband and her impressive and amazing son.  Sara and her husband, my then husband and I, spent many fun times together. Sara’s son knows my two children as well.  A wonderful second family we all are!

Sara was my best friend for many years as I grew up, and into my early adulthood.  We shared many values, beliefs, common interests with each other; we always understood each other well.  She was a deeply loving, caring, smart and insightful friend who I always could count on.

In the last few years, Sara has dealt with a variety of health issues, and in recent months, she was in hospice.  In April this year, dear Sara transitioned to the other side. A blessing in many ways, given the challenging health issues, and also a real sadness since she is no longer on the earth plane. She is in the loving embrace of God / Source / The Creator.

To “sit shiva”, which is a Jewish tradition, means community comes together for the purpose of supporting those who are in mourning of the loss of their loved one.   We did this for three evenings in a row, with many in attendance with the family.  What a loving community!

I experienced something with the three shiva evenings that I atteneded, which I’ve never experienced before: a deep feeling of love and peace within me. There was so much love from everyone at shiva, and from Sara’s immediate family.  Such a strong sense/experience/feeling of love and peace I felt.  To me this represents the love that Sara was / is, and the love everyone shared during shiva. What a gift I received!

I know Sara is on the other side of the veil, supporting all of us in the grieving process of her passing, reminding me that life is eternal and therefore she (and all of us) are eternal.  We have a physical existence on this earth plane, and then our true divine existence on the nonphysical plane, which is love.

I wish for each of you the remembrance that love is truly all around us.  Thank you, Sara, for the many gifts you’ve shared with me and so many others. Love is indeed all around.

Cleansing and Freshness of Spring!

Springtime is Here!

Ah! I bet you feel like me, grateful for the warmer weather, sweet daffodils and tulips starting to come up, grass growing once again! Springtime is now my favorite season. Movement and change with springtime, after the cold and often inner-reflection time of winter.

You are invited to answer these questions regarding this new springtime season, around the theme of spring cleaning of your mind, body and/or soul :

What old habits or patterns do you have that no longer serve you and you’re ready to “sweep away”?
How can you support yourself in releasing / sweeping away those old habits or patterns?
What insights did you gain from the winter season?
What changes, if any, are you wanting to make for this spring season? Perhaps a detox to cleanse your body, a spiritual retreat to rejuvenate your soul, or a commitment to more yard work and exercise.
What resources do you have to support the changes you want to make?
What obstacles, if any, are there that would slow you down or stop you from making changes?
What benefits will you gain when you make those changes?

Looking forward to hearing your answers! Comment here.

Blessing and joy to you always, and in ALL ways!

3 Traits Confident People Have

You probably have noticed people who carry themselves with a positive and upbeat attitude.  When they walk in the room, they carry themselves with a certain air of confidence; the seem to have life go their way.  They are people with  high self-confidence.

I remember many years ago in my twenties and my teen years when I didn’t feel confident.  Back then, I had low self-esteem.  I didn’t feel I deserve good things.  And I also had people walk all over me easily.   On an unconscious level, I allowed them to.  I didn’t know how to deal with that.

Thankfully I came to realize that I needed to change how I felt about myself. As a result of my dedicated personal growth work (workshops, self-help books, counseling, affirmations), I am now confident in myself and feel good about the person I am, the gifts and skills I offer my clients and audiences, and my friends and family.

It’s possible to change into a more positive and confident person; I’m living proof!  This is exactly why I’m so passionate about helping my clients and audiences know they CAN make positive change and increase their confidence!

Here are three traits all confident people have (there are others as well):

  • They believe in themselves. Confident people know the gifts and skills they offer and they know themselves well enough to know this. They realize their self-worth, which cultivates their believing in themselves.  This is not egotistical because they ALSO see the good and the value in everyone else.
  • They use positive self-talk. Confident people use positive language when talking to themselves instead of beating themselves up.  Have you noticed a confident, upbeat person walking into the room?  You can bet they appreciate themselves and use positive self-talk.
  • They surround themselves with positive, uplifting situations, events and people. Like attracts like.  We facilitate more positive attitude when we do positive things like watch happy movies and minimize negative news or people.

Contact me for a complimentary coach session! You will love knowing you CAN become empowered, raise self-confidence and live a happier life.

Here’s to you and confidence!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

Most of us are excited to have a new year upon us, starting over perhaps with new dreams, new hopes.  We reflect on the past year and see what we’ve learned, accomplishments we’ve achieved, mistakes we’ve made and so on. As people of self-responsibility and being we’re powerful creators, it’s awesome how we reflect on the past, and see how we can move forward into the future with our life expansion with past year’s learnings and experiences.

Remember you are a powerful creator!  So what ever happened in last year (or whenever!), is due to YOUR thoughts, actions and words.

If you focus on something that’s lacking in your life, or something you don’t like, you create more of that.  If you focus on what you desire, you get that too.  We create both ways, yes! Best to live mindfully and consciously, right? That way you get what you desire.

My invitation to you is for this new year, and each day of this year, and for the rest of your life, you live as consciously and mindfully as possible.  Focus, think, say and do that which you desire to create and bring into your life.  This assures you will create what you desire.
